Building the future of property management in Uganda
Xabira was born from a simple observation: Uganda's rental market is massive, yet landlords and tenants still rely on cash handoffs, paper receipts, and word-of-mouth. We're changing that.
Why we started Xabira
In Kampala, thousands of landlords manage their portfolios using WhatsApp messages, handwritten ledgers, and monthly visits to collect cash. When rent goes unpaid, there is no trail. When a tenant disputes a payment, there is no record.
We started Xabira to build the infrastructure layer that Uganda's rental market has been missing — one that speaks the language of Mobile Money, integrates with Uganda's National Identification system, and works on the devices Ugandans already own.
Our goal is not just to digitise existing workflows. We want to fundamentally raise the standard of property management across Uganda — and, eventually, the rest of Africa.

Our Mission
To give every landlord the tools to manage their portfolio professionally, every property manager the systems to serve their clients at scale, and every tenant a fair, transparent rental experience — across Africa.
What we stand for
Built for Uganda
Every feature is designed around the realities of Ugandan landlords, tenants, and the Mobile Money ecosystem — not adapted from a Western product.
Trust & Transparency
We believe in clear, honest relationships between landlords and tenants. Every transaction on Xabira is auditable, timestamped, and permanent.
Simplicity First
Complex problems deserve simple solutions. We strip away unnecessary complexity to make property management intuitive — on any device.
Africa-Ready
Built to scale beyond Uganda. Our architecture is designed for the entire continent — starting here, growing everywhere.
